So, with everything starting today, I was wondering how we were planning to show each other and decide on what we submit for each round. The HSO mods want things to be as anonymous as possible until after the voting is done to eliminate favortism. They have suggested that groups create a dummy account that the entire group has access to, and can log in to submit their entries.
Example:
name: summblood
password: wHATANAWESOMEPASSWORDhonk.
Are we going to do this? It sounds like the easiest thing to do, but I worry that I might be misunderstanding something.

Hang On
Date: 2012-06-02 01:48 pm (UTC)As for actually submitting the work, it says on the info post, that I will email the final submission to the mods through email. And they will conduct a poll system.
What your worried about is this rule:
Please remember not to post your HSO creations publicly until voting ends, whether or not they are chosen as part of the team submission. We would like to keep things as anonymous as possible!
Basically the general consensus is not to post works even if they are not chosen on tumblr or main viewing site where people can see them ahead of time. There are several ways around this though, in which we upload works on private and password only viewing or the tumblr we are working on can be pass-word viewing only. And everyone can be mods so that they can post stuff directly to there without other people seeing it. Ultimately though I will talk to the mods to figure this out.
So please hold of on this idea for the time being.
